Kaunertaler Gletscherbahnen GmbH

The Kaunertaler Gletscherbahnen GmbH operates two ski resorts: the Kaunertal Glacier and the Mountain lifts Fendels.

After 1 ½ years of construction time, on the 9th of August 1980, the Glacier was opened as the fourth of 5 Tyrolean ski areas.

In 1991, the Mountain lifts Fendels were opened up, which the company integrated with the Hammer Lift, built in 1966.
