The glacier region, Kaunertal-Fendels conceals art and cultural treasures from a few past centuries, which nobody would have suspected in this formerly barren high mountain valley.  Both those from today as well as the past make this visit worthwhile.

Parish Church, Feichten

The 3 magnificent high altars from the late Baroque church come from the former pilgrimage church, "Wiesele,“ whose altars and pulpits were made by the master wood carver, Andreas Köll, from Fendels.

Flügelmuseum

The drive to Kaltenbrunn passes through the hamlet, Nufels, where the artist Toni Wille built a museum next to his house, in the shape of a concert grand (Konzertflügel).
